At vivo Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

    Pack the Product

    Place the item back in its original packaging including all manuals, chargers, and promotional gifts to ensure a full refund or successful exchange.

    Ship to Service Center

    Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technical team verifies the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
